Personalized training developed by one of our instructors according to the physical condition and objective of each student. Preferably indicated for athletes, rehabilitation processes and individuals over 60 years. Classes are an hour long and use all the equipment at the studio including Reformer, Electric Chair, Ped-o-Pull, Baby Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel.
CLASSES FOR TWO
They are trainings with two students simultaneously, designed for healthy individuals who feel more motivated when training with someone. Classes are one hour long and use the following equipment: Reformer, Wall Tower and Wunda Chair.
MAT WALL CLASSES For THREE
They are training with three students simultaneously, in which a thorough sequence workout takes place on the ground (mat), along with exercises with springs. Classes are one hour long and use the Wall Tower as equipment.
PILATES AT HOME
For those who can not travel to our Studio, we offer a home Mat class service using small equipment like Magic Circle, Dumbbells, Bands and Balls. Classes are one-hour long and are primarily suitable for individuals with serious physical limitations.
