For all those who understand the importance of staying active, we offer the online service of Mat classes lasting 30 and 60 minutes. In terms of equipment to have at home, which can contribute to a greater diversity of exercises, in addition to a treadmill we suggest:
Yoga Class: 2x blocks and a strap set
Pilates class: 2x 0.5 kg dumbbells, 1 magic circle; 1 elastic band and a small ball

CLASSES FOR TWO
They are trainings with two students simultaneously, designed for healthy individuals who feel more motivated when training with someone. Classes are one hour long and use the following equipment: Reformer, Wall Tower and Wunda Chair.
MAT WALL CLASSES For THREE
They are training with three students simultaneously, in which a thorough sequence workout takes place on the ground (mat), along with exercises with springs. Classes are one hour long and use the Wall Tower as equipment.
PILATES AT HOME
For those who can not travel to our Studio, we offer a home Mat class service using small equipment like Magic Circle, Dumbbells, Bands and Balls. Classes are one-hour long and are primarily suitable for individuals with serious physical limitations.
