Edite Caetano

I started my professional career in physical exercise in 2003, thus starting in this way a new one, when attending the Fitness Instructor course provided by Manz. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with a slipped disc, but upon learning and experiencing the Pilates Method, the severe pain alleviated and gradually disappeared. Then I decided to deepen my knowledge by taking the Traditional Pilates Method Certification in 2007. The Pilates Method really makes a difference in people's daily lives, while substantially improving their quality of life.

Rita Fragoso

I graduated in Physical Education in 2004, at the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. My first contact with Pilates was in 2005, through Mat Pilates group classes. The results in my own posture led me to become interested in the Pilates Method, therefore, in 2007 I became a Traditional Pilates Method instructor. Since then, I practice regularly and benefit from the effects on posture, physical and emotional well-being. The enthusiasm and benefits of students are a motivation in my continuing education in this field.

Paula Ordonho

Graduated in Physical Education and Sports, I was a high school teacher, an experience that I loved. At the age of 19 I had already started working in the area of physical exercise, an opportunity I did not give up. I did specialize in the field of fitness, did a postgraduate in aging and health, training in personalized training and more recently had contact with the classic pilates method. I advised my students to do it with my colleagues and I have decided to specialize myself. I felt improvements in my posture, mobility, and decreased muscle tension. It was one of the best decisions in my career.

Ivo Santos

I have a degree in Physical Education and Sports in the Exercise and Wellness sector, from U.L.H.T., and soon I began to enrich my curriculum both in Portugal and the United States of America, obtaining several international certifications in the area of functional training. In recent years, I have increasingly focused my attention on movement analysis, based on the following specializations; Mechanics Applied to Exercise, Muscular Activation Techniques and Teatching of the Authentic Method of Pilates. I have been working in the area of fitness for 8 years, where I have worked not only with a population that seeks only a strand of exercise and well-being, but also some competition athletes in search of sports improvement.
